Volunteer With PA Bankers and Junior Achievement

PA Bankers and Junior Achievement (JA) have come together to expand financial literacy education and career readiness opportunities for young people across the Commonwealth.

Through this collaboration, PA Bankers and JA will connect banking professionals with classrooms and community programs to deliver hands-on financial education, expose students to careers in banking and finance, and help build the workforce of the future. The partnership aims to reach thousands of students annually through JA’s proven curriculum and PA Bankers’ strong network of financial institutions.

JA, one of the nation’s largest youth-serving organizations, provides curriculum and volunteer-led programming focused on financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and career readiness. By teaming up with PA Bankers, JA will expand access to banking professionals who can share real-world insights and engage directly with students.

The partnership will support a variety of initiatives, including:
  •  JA Finance Park® and JA BizTown® programming enhancements
  • Career exploration events, job shadowing, and panel discussions
  • Regional events connecting banks with local JA programs

Both organizations emphasize that financial literacy is a cornerstone of economic mobility and long-term community strength.
