William S. Latoff Advocacy Award

William S. Latoff was the active chairman and CEO of DNB Financial Corporation when he passed away on Jan. 11, 2016. He served his bank and his community with dedication and humility. A former PaBPAC chairman, PA Bankers Government Relations Policy Committee member and representative to ABA’s BankPAC Committee, Bill understood what it meant to be politically active, as he nurtured strong relationships with members of the Pennsylvania General Assembly and United States Congress, alike. Bill whole-heartedly believed that advocacy would effectuate positive change for the industry.

In honor of Bill, PA Bankers established an award recognizing a banker who displays excellence in advocacy as an active policymaker for PA Bankers, an outspoken and successful advocate for the industry and a committed supporter of PaBPAC.

All questions should be submitted to Erin Kanter, 717-255-6910.
