Stephen Bish is an innovative and passionate leader of the Schneider Downs cybersecurity team with a background in Digital Forensics and Network Security. With over a decade of frontline experience, Stephen's previous areas of focus have included Network Penetration Testing, Social Engineering and Physical Security Testing. Stephen also spent several years performing emergency Incident Response services, helping clients navigate some of the largest and most complex ransomware cases that local federal authorities have ever seen. Stephen continues to flourish as a strategic advisor for a wide-range of clients across industries including government, manufacturing, oil & gas, higher education, medical, retail, nonprofit, insurance, automotive, financial, software as a service and professional services.
When Stephen isn't busy negotiating multi-million-dollar ransomware demands or guiding business leaders through the shifting cybersecurity landscape, you can find him riding his OneWheelXR around Pittsburgh, designing educational board games or teaching people how to pick locks at infosec conferences. Stephen earned an IT Security Forensics degree from PTC and is a Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH).
Erin Breitsprecher, COCC
After beginning her COCC career in Business Development, Erin Breitsprecher transitioned into her role within the Business Intelligence department, leading the launch and ongoing support of COCC’s new Marketing Services offerings. Erin and the team assist with the execution of our clients’ marketing strategies, delivering targeted campaigns within the digital channels to maximize engagement and enhance the account holder experience. Erin also continues to help shape the evolution of COCC’s service management platform utilized by both clients and internal employees.
Eric Cook, Digital Strategist, WSI
Eric Cook oftentimes refers to himself as a “recovering banker,” spending 15 years as a community banker in Michigan before making the shift to a digital strategist in 2007. An award-winning web designer with WSI, the world’s largest digital agency network, he’s a three-time contributing author of the best-selling book Digital Minds: A Strategic Approach to Connecting and Engaging with Your Customers Online and recently launched an online networking and mentorship community exclusively focused on the needs of banking professionals called TheLinkedBanker.com.

Sean Goodwin, Wolf & Co.
Sean is a Supervisor in Wolf’s Information Technology (IT) Assurance Services group where he is responsible for coordinating and executing IT audit services at client locations for our financial, healthcare, educational and investment planning clients. Sean has over six years of experience in the IT auditing and information security fields, and maintains several industry certifications.
Sean’s expertise consists of IT risk management and assessments, IT audits in Microsoft Windows Security, Network Security (including wireless), Penetration Testing, Vulnerability Assessments, General Information Security & Controls, IT Governance, Business Continuity Planning, and Business Application Security. In addition to the technical audits, Sean has performed work in various compliance areas including the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Service Organization Control (SOC) reports, and other industry standards and state privacy laws.
Sean resides in Central MA. When he is not at work, Sean enjoys spending time with family, preparing for endurance races, or training Jiu-Jitsu.
Will Nowik, Principal, Chief Information Officer, Wolf & Co.
Will is a Principal in Wolf’s Advisory Group and the Firm’s Chief Information Security Officer. He also leads Wolf’s New Jersey office, where he manages a team of professionals to ensure his clients receive information technology (IT) services tailored to their individual needs. Prior to joining Wolf in 2002, Will was an internal IT auditor at Staples, Inc. Will resides in Bucks County, Pennsylvania with his wife and children. When he’s not helping clients secure their cybersecurity environment, he enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf, football, and basketball.

Kim is a results-oriented strategic problem solver which is showcased by her development of the industry’s first data analytics solution with the purpose of helping financial institution executives make effective and efficient decisions. Her career has focused on being a hands-on leader who serves as a positive change agent for internal and external communications networks.
Kim is also founder and president of KBS Results LLC, a financial institution management consulting firm. Additionally, she was EVP and CFO of Valley Financial Corporation/Valley Bank, a $900m publicly traded bank in Roanoke, Virginia for 10 years. She was instrumental in the success of the Bank which led to the acquisition by BNC Bancorp at a 173% premium to tangible book value in June 2015.
Kim earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from James Madison University. She continued her education at University of Pennsylvania with the American Bankers Association (ABA) Stonier Graduate Wharton School Leadership program and ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Amanda Swanson, Cornerstone Advisors
As a director at Cornerstone Advisors, Amanda Swanson is focused on delivery channel strategy and planning, marketing strategy and planning, customer experience improvement, and digital systems selections and implementations. Prior to Cornerstone, Amanda managed a regional bank’s digital channel, payments and virtual products strategy. She also spent six years with Wells Fargo, where she worked on brand and marketing initiatives across the retail, mortgage, commercial and corporate trust departments.
Timothy (Tim) Wolfgang, Sr. IT Auditor, Schneider Downs
Tim Wolfgang has been part of Schneider Downs’ Risk Advisory Services practice since 2015. He brings a broad base of audit and IT knowledge to his clients, both large and small. Services Tim provides include Sarbanes-Oxley 404 and IT general control design, testing and reporting, SOC 1 and 2 reports, HITRUST CSF assessments, NIST and IRS gap and compliance assessments, cybersecurity maturity assessments, FFIEC IT handbook-based examinations, FFIEC cybersecurity assessment tool assessments and end user computing audits. He is experienced with auditing the Microsoft Windows, Linux , SQL and Oracle platforms, and is a leader in the firm’s cloud infrastructure and security practice, which includes Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud.
Prior to joining Schneider Downs, Tim worked for a Fortune 500 financial institution as an IT auditor within model risk management, where he teamed with developers, product owners and internal audit to ensure compliance with OCC, Basel and Federal Reserve regulators.
