    The Changing Face of Leadership
Robb Rempel, Executive Vice President Consulting Services, Haberfeld
You’ve put in the work, earned your opportunities, and you're just getting started. But as the world shifts, so must the way we lead. To lead in the future, you’ll need more than ambition; you’ll need self-awareness, adaptability, and a deep understanding of those around you. True leadership starts with knowing your strengths, owning your growth, and focusing on what creates real impact. Whether you lead a team or lead by example, now is the time to build the foundation for the leader you're becoming.
    Key Points Covered:
    • Imposter Syndrome—learning to deal with the common and persistent sense that we don’t deserve and aren’t ready for the responsibilities we’ve been given
    •  Emotional Intelligence—understanding our unique abilities and the areas where we are likely to struggle
    • Growth Mindset—the relentless desire to grow in knowledge and in wisdom so we can serve those with whom we are entrusted
    •  High Payoff Activities—the difference between high and low performing leaders isn’t usually what they know, it’s what they do.
